Returns & Order Issues

Due to the nature of lawn care and regulated products, products within our Shop Weed Control collection are designated as Final Sale and are not eligible for return once shipped.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, incorrect, or there is an issue with fulfillment, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the situation.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the shipping label
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photos of the product(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

This information helps us investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and fulfillment provider.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide:

  • Store credit
  • Replacement product
  • Another reasonable resolution

Claims submitted without sufficient documentation or outside the 48-hour reporting window may not qualify.

Shipping Issues

If your package is delayed, damaged, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier when appropriate.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Store Credit

Approved store credits are issued digitally and may be applied toward future purchases at 1StopLawns.ca.

Store credit codes do not expire.

We are committed to resolving legitimate order issues fairly and promptly.
