Shipping Policy

At 1 Stop Lawns, we ship commercial-grade lawn care products across Canada with tracked delivery and reliable service. Most orders are fulfilled through our Ontario distribution network.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

During peak seasonal periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Most orders ship from our Ontario fulfillment partner within 1–3 business days after processing.

Estimated Delivery Times

Ontario & Quebec: Typically 2–5 business days

Western Canada: Typically 4–8 business days

Atlantic Canada: Typically 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak spring demand periods, carrier delays, or weather events.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Canada only.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Yukon
  • Northwest Territories
  • Nunavut
  • PO Boxes

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product type
  • Order size
  • Destination
  • Carrier availability

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders over $150 CAD before taxes, after discounts are applied.

Some remote or rural locations may not qualify for free shipping and may require an additional surcharge.

Carrier Partners

Orders may ship using:

  • Purolator
  • DHL
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Canada Post
  • Other regional carriers

Carrier selection is based on destination, delivery speed, and product requirements.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.

Please check your spam or promotions folder if tracking emails do not appear in your inbox.

Hazardous & Regulated Products

Some lawn care products may be classified as regulated or hazardous goods for transportation purposes. As a result:

  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions depending on province or municipality
  • Additional transit time may apply
  • Some carrier options may be unavailable at checkout

If a product cannot legally be shipped to a destination, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts

the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the package and product immediately
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email your order number and photos to support@1stoplawns.ca

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, shipping delays are outside of our control. However, we will assist customers in opening carrier investigations when needed.
